FAQ
Refund Policy
Your ticket is non-refundable. Cancellations must be 30 days in advance of the first date of class.
Siblings?
Tickets for siblings ages 1-4 are available at a discount. Children under 12 months are free and can come with you and your toddler.
Ok to bring older siblings ?
As much as we love children of all ages, these classes are intended for little ones. It is a better experience for everyone if you bring your older children, over age 4, to events geared specifically to their older age.
What if I miss a class?
To keep class sizes small and ensure a quality experience, we are unable to offer credit for a missed class or offer a make-up class.
Rain or shine?
Yes, unless otherwise notified. If we do cancel class because of weather, you will be able to attend a make-up class that works for you during our spring series.
Is there an extra cost for a second parent to attend?
Both parents and grandparents are welcome to come - no extra cost.
Is each class different?
Our beautiful puppet stories change weekly and are in tune with the season!
Do strollers work well at Sun Star Farm?
Sure thing! Although if has rained a lot lately, it will be muddy. If needed, we'll gladly squirt your tires with the hose before loading into your vehicle.
What should we wear?
Rain or muck boots are highly recommended, especially after rain. Please wear closed-toe shoes - you'll be happy you did. Long pants are generally recommended, especially if you react to hay/grass or a sniffing goat!
Can we bring food for the animals?
Large carrots are great to feed our bunnies or goats. Piggies tend to bite when hand fed, so we ask that you please refrain from feeding them! Please note that feeding the horses around the farm will cause them to develop diabetes so we ask that you only let them eat what is good for them: hay, grass and their grain.
