Admissions (2025/2026)

Mid-year Admissions (2024/2025)
We may have limited spaces once the school year has begun. Please contact us to schedule a tour.
Admissions Process
1. Please submit your online application via Brightwheel. (includes a non-refundable $100 application fee).

2. Schedule a tour. A tour provides the opportunity to see Sun Star Farm and to speak with Heidi about your educational desires for your child.
3. After you complete your tour and upon acceptance of your application, you will receive an email asking you to complete enrollment by paying a non-refundable tuition deposit on Brightwheel. This deposit is applied toward the final monthly payment for the school year.
4. Upon completing enrollment, you will receive an email in April asking you to select your billing plan and set up tuition payment(s) via Brightwheel. First tuition payments are due August 1st.

Tuition Rates 2025/2026
All tuition payments are processed online via Brightwheel (you may select to pay with bank draft or credit card)
10% sibling discount applies to the least expensive child’s tuition when siblings are attending the same year.

Tuition Deposit & Fee Payment
Deposit of one month’s tuition
A non-refundable deposit of one month’s tuition for each student is required to secure a space in the class and finalize enrollment. This annual deposit is credited toward the final monthly payment for the school year.
Supply Fee
A $400 fee is charged annually as a supply fee. $200 of this fee is due August 1 and the $200 balance is due February 1. This is a non-refundable fee.
Admissions and Enrollment Timing for New and Returning families

The returning family re-enrollment period is Dec 20 - Jan 9.
